Karen Hao was born and raised in Los Angeles where she initially began her career in real estate. Licensed since 2013, she previously worked under one of the top broker’s in the state ranked #3 in the USA and #1 in California in the sales volume category (source: The Wall Street Journal). She then joined Douglas Elliman, the third largest residential real estate company nationwide, before deciding that she preferred the more personal and individualized attention she could provide her clients through luxury boutique brokerages, such as Onyx Platinum Properties and AK Luxury Properties.

Karen has always had a sincere passion to help people, which coupled with her love of real estate, has led her to become a great asset to her clients. Initially, Karen’s love for horses attracted her to the Wellington area, where she specializes in luxury properties and equestrian estates in the Wellington and Palm Beach areas. She is knowledgeable about properties coast-to-coast in both California and Florida as well. Karen is an avid traveler who loves to explore new places. With her international experience and knowledge of real estate, she understands the unique perspective into the needs of the luxury buyer and high-end clientele, allowing her to specialize in this niche market. Her fluency in English and Chinese enables her to connect buyers with sellers all over the world, and her personalized customer service generates relationships that ensure a perfect match for each client.
Currently, Karen holds her real estate license in both Florida and California (CalBRE #01947582). She earned her Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University and her Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management from the University of California, Irvine.
